Jorge is an entrepreneur and business advisor based in San Diego, recognized for his disciplined approach to operations, and client relationships. As the founder of a growing service company, Jorge has scaled his business from the ground up, completing over 2,000 projects. His background also includes top-performing sales roles with global luxury brands, construction project management, and early exposure to business and real estate through his family’s assets and portfolios. Client relationships and service are central to how he operates. Jorge’s experience working directly with business owners, property managers, and investors allows him to approach transactions from an operator’s perspective. He understands the challenges of building, scaling, and exiting a business, helping sellers position their businesses and navigate the process with clarity and confidence. Jorge was born in Chula Vista and raised in San Diego after moving from Mexico as a child. He earned his Associate of Science in Business Administration from San Diego Mesa College and has also completed his Associate of Science in Real Estate.

Outside of work, Jorge is engaged to his fiancée, Paulina, and is a proud father to his son, Julio. He values discipline, family, and continuous growth, and strives to bring optimism into his everyday life. He enjoys extreme sports, CrossFit, jiu jitsu, MMA, and studying business, world history, culture, Spanish literature, and geopolitics.
