Throughout his career, he has underwritten and financed transactions for small and medium-sized businesses across a wide range of industries. This background provides him with valuable insight into how lenders and buyers evaluate risk, assess cash flow stability, and identify growth opportunities. As a business advisor, Kenny is committed to advocating for his client’s best interests. Operating under a fiduciary duty, he works diligently to secure favorable terms and maximize value for business owners. He understands that selling a business is often one of the most significant financial transactions an owner will undertake and prioritizes clear communication and transparency throughout the process. Before transitioning into business brokerage, Kenny worked in commercial lending at Axos Bank, where he structured credit facilities and managed a portfolio of commercial loans. He earned his bachelors degree in Economics from San Diego State University. Kenny advises business owners of all sizes across a variety of industries throughout the West Coast. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, fishing, and downhill skiing.
